Job Description
- Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations (requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and training).
- Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) as needed.
- Develop and document workflows, functional specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with developers to deliver custom features and integrations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and business processes.
- Experience with Odoo Studio, customization, and third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of business operations in areas such as finance, sales, logistics, and HR.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead ERP implementation projects.
- Nice to Have
- Odoo certification(s).
- Technical knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Odoo.sh or on-premise deployments.
- Previous experience in a consulting or system integration firm.
