Job Description
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of ERP systems to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and consulting teams to tailor ERP presentations to specific industry needs and client requirements.
- Translate complex ERP functionalities into clear, business-focused value propositions.
- Respond to client inquiries during presentations, providing detailed explanations and addressing concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of proposal documents and technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve presentation content and delivery methods.
- Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, features, and best practices to ensure presentations reflect current capabilities.
- Support the sales cycle by providing product expertise and technical guidance during client meetings.
- Create and maintain a library of presentation materials, demo scripts, and case studies.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops to represent the company and showcase ERP solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in ERP systems, pre-sales, or solution consulting roles.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
