Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and infrastructure sectors to drive company growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with project delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and profitability targets.
- Monitor project pipelines and support the transition from business development to project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress and market insights.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or engineering roles within the engineering, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Proven track record of securing new business and managing client relationships in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering consultancy, infrastructure, and project development processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
