Job Description
- Client Engagement & Solution Design
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
- Analyze requirements and design tailored technical and business solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to potential customers.
- Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation that align with customer requirements and company capabilities.
- Develop accurate technical and financial estimates for proposed solutions.
- Technical Consultation
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide clients on best-fit solutions.
- Address technical queries and ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to validate feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical insights during bid preparation and contract negotiations.
- Research & Market Insights
- Stay updated on product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on client requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consultancy, or technical sales role.
