Sales Support Specialist

• Act as the primary liaison between the Sales Team and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Handle all shipping requests for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Provide backup support to the Sales Team, including assisting with client meetings when needed.
• Validate Sales Orders (SO) created in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Follow up with Product Managers to ensure proper handling of back-to-back orders and timely delivery.
• Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Monitor and review pending orders to ensure prompt action and resolution.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Support the Sales Department with other administrative tasks, including Finance and Inventory-related activities.
• Report any unusual activity or discrepancies to the Line Manager.
