Job Description
- Conducting professional demonstrations of PACS and RIS solutions for potential clients.
- Leading the tender management process by completing compliance sheets and coordinating with various departments to collect the required documentation.
- Reviewing the technical offer before presenting it to the client to ensure its applicability.
- Creating detailed hardware specifications tailored for the sales team to include in their proposals.
- Providing PACS training to clients during the post-sale phase to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding.
- Recording training videos that showcase the complete solution aimed at training current clients on the system or highlight key features to the potential clients.
- Playing an essential role in onboarding and training new team members, particularly in the sales department on the company's solutions, with a focus on PACS and RIS.
- Collaborating with the development team by presenting competitive analysis and highlighting the most commonly used and innovative features in the market, with the aim of enhancing our own solutions.
- Update the tender book regularly.
- Update the PACS and RIS demo environment regularly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer in Healthcare solution industry
- Knowledge in healthcare systems such as PACS/RIS/HL7
