Job Description
- building and connecting systems using tools like n8n, to implement full automation workflows across:
- Platforms such as WhatsApp, Salesforce CRM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email
- Custom automation scenarios for marketing, sales, and content tasks
- Intelligent automation using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) when needed (e.g., content generation or smart replies)
- Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using n8n or similar tools
- Integrate various APIs to enable smooth data flow between systems
- Build automation rules and scenarios for sales and marketing processes
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automation performance
Job Requirements
- Experience in the real estate or digital marketing industries
- Strong experience with automation tools (preferably n8n)
- Solid understanding of REST API integrations (CRM, WhatsApp, Google/Meta Ads, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of AI and LLMs
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (enough to handle basic scripting)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with Salesforce and WhatsApp Cloud API
