Job Description
1. Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test frameworks across web, mobile, API, and AI powered recommendation components.
2. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps to embed quality in every CI/CD build, sprint, and deployment.
3. Translate product requirements into clear, actionable automated and manual test cases.
4. Lead test strategy for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
5. Monitor test outcomes, analyze defect trends, and drive resolutions to uphold a zero-error standard.
6. Mentor junior QA engineers and champion best practices for testability, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
7. Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and introduce new tools to support innovation in our platform.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in QA automation roles, with hands-on expertise in Selenium, Appium, or equivalent tools.
• Skilled in Java, Python, or JavaScript, and working with modern CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Solid experience in RESTful API automation (Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and cross-platform tools.
• Deep understanding of testing patterns (e.g., Page Object Model), and test coverage metrics.
• Experience in performance testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and security testing practices.
• Excellent diagnostic and debugging skills, with strategic problem-solving orientation.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, adept at agile methodologies.
• Prior coaching, leadership, or mentoring experience.
