- Position: Senior Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer

- Location: Egypt – New Cairo (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong background in ERP implementation and customization. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on Odoo experience, deep knowledge of key modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting), and proven success in delivering end-to-end ERP projects. This role involves analyzing client requirements, configuring and implementing Odoo solutions, overseeing development alignment, managing data migration, and delivering functional training. Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills are essential, with the ability to mentor junior team members and ensure optimal solution delivery. Odoo certification and Python development experience are a plus.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.py
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in Python or Odoo development is a plus.
- Odoo certification is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with business operations across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Clients' requirements
- Document requirements and define which will need configurations and which will need development
- Data migration and implementation in Odoo
- Perform the configuration (implementation) tasks
- Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team will deliver what is required
- Handle client requests regarding Odoo issues
- Deliver Odoo functional training sessions.
- Support Odoo operations
- Demo Odoo to clients and prospects
