Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring an HR & Admin Head for a leading cookware manufacturing company. The HR & Admin Head will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations—including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee relations—while also managing administrative services to ensure an efficient, compliant, and supportive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes and ensure timely preparation of contracts.
  • Lead onboarding programs and training on HR policies.
  • Oversee employee files, records, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Administer payroll with accurate adjustments and deductions.
  • Monitor performance management and support employee development.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with labor law.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.

Administration:

  • Oversee office services, administrative budgets, and procurement of supplies.
  • Supervise admin teams (services, cleaning, support staff) ensuring quality delivery.
  • Manage company insurance policies for assets and follow up on claims.
  • Coordinate company meetings and events logistics.
  • Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and facilities services across company offices.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors for admin services.
  • Prepare periodic admin performance reports.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Diploma or certification in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR & Admin leadership roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
  • ERP systems experience is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
