Job Description
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning activities.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in an organized manner.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
