Job Description
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Support talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to leaves, compensation, performance, and general HR concerns.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and maintain compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
- Manage employee records, both electronic and physical, including HRIS updates, onboarding files, and exits.
- Support performance management processes, such as planning reviews and aiding in disciplinary or grievance matters.
- Track HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, time-to-hire) and prepare relevant reports.
Assist with payroll processes and changes such as bonuses, leave records, and reimbursements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid grasp of HR policies, labor law, and best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ADP), MS Office, and record-keeping.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
