Job Description
AIContentfy is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist with excellent English communication skills to support our growing team. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will ensure alignment with organizational objectives, while working to proactively anticipate future hiring needs.

Position Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
• Support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the company
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving workplace issues in a professional manner
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development planning
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and payroll documentation
