Job Description
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fire protection system projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all fire protection systems (fire alarm, suppression, detection) are designed, installed, and commissioned in compliance with local and international codes and standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships and clear communication.
- Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all phases of project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Oversee procurement and logistics of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing fire protection system projects or related engineering roles.
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Holding an MBA is highly preferred
- Age from 37 to 45 Maximum
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm, fire suppression (FM200, Novec, CO2), and detection systems.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with local and international fire safety codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
