Job Description
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical raw materials sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Present product offerings to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and technical advantages.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with logistics and regulatory teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of products.
• Support clients in the product registration process with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA).
• Coordinate with international partners and suppliers to source high-quality raw materials.
• Track the entire sales process, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular performance reports.
• Handle client complaints or objections effectively and provide timely resolutions.
• Gather and share customer feedback, market insights, and competitor intelligence with internal teams.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or raw materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical raw materials, ingredients, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, supplier visits, and industry events.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
