Job Description

Beauty Lab, a sister company of Semak, is based in El Fayoum, Egypt—an area renowned for medicinal and aromatic plants. We specialize in cold-pressed oils, steam-distilled essential oils, and botanical extracts, serving both the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. By combining traditional expertise with modern technology, we deliver premium natural ingredients to both B2B and B2C markets, always upholding the highest standards of sourcing and innovation.

 

The Key Account Supervisor at BeautyLab will be managing and developing relationships with strategic B2B clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments (sales, production, QC, finance, and logistics). This role involves supervising, monitoring performance, driving customer retention and growth, and ensuring company targets are achieved.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients and partners.
  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure coordination with production, QC, supply chain, and finance teams for on-time delivery and compliance.
  • Monitor order status, payments, contract renewals, and after-sales support.
  • Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Track account performance, sales targets, and provide management with reports and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and account management.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science, or Vet  (pharmaceutical/cosmetic industry experience preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities with clients. 
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP).
  • Presentable, professional appearance and demeanor. 
  • Strong selling skills with a persuasive and results-driven mindset
