Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the clothing and cotton sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Present and promote Alberto’s products to potential customers through effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned territories.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year and up to10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the clothing, textile, or cotton industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
