Job Description
Job Purpose
To support the sales function by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in client engagements, and contributing to the seamless delivery of BTL, ATL and TTL campaigns through hands-on coordination and event support.
Responsibilities
- Research target markets and compile qualified lead lists
- Assist in client meetings, prepare briefs, and help draft proposals and quotations
- Participate in onsite activations, branding booths, and events to support execution
- Coordinate between Sales, Creative, and Production teams to ensure deliverables are on time
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update opportunity pipelines
- Follow up with clients post-meeting to gather feedback and next steps
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, activations, or marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; reliable follow-up
- Passion for advertising, events, and creative problem-solving
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-site at events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM tools
