Job Description
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the HVAC and fire fighting equipment sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products from the company’s range, including seamless pipes, ERW black steel pipes, and fittings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and technical support, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
