Job Description
- The Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying and generating qualified franchise leads to support the growth of our franchise network.
- This role involves researching potential franchise candidates, engaging with prospects through various channels, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the franchise sales team.
- The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of lead-generation tactics, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Lead Identification & Research
- Conduct research to identify potential franchisees using online databases, social media platforms, industry publications, and other sources.
- Develop and maintain a list of qualified prospects aligned with the company's ideal franchisee profile.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, record interactions, and maintain accurate data on potential franchisees.
- 2. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Execute targeted lead-generation campaigns using email marketing, cold calling, social media outreach, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, webinars, case studies) to attract and capture leads.
- 3. Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Qualify leads by assessing their suitability based on predefined criteria such as financial capability, industry experience, and geographic location.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, providing relevant information, and addressing any questions or concerns. Schedule initial discovery calls or meetings between qualified leads and the franchise sales team.
- 4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts, such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize lead generation strategies based on data analysis.
- 5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the franchise sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in lead generation and franchise development.
- Continuously refine lead generation strategies to improve the quality and quantity of leads.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 6 Months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in the franchise or B2B sector.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. o Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Key Competencies
