Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the marketing and production industry.
- Pitch Kaz The Agency’s services and solutions to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and hand over closed accounts smoothly to the Account Manager for project execution.
- Stay updated with marketing trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, media buying, and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in marketing, advertising, or creative industries).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both Arabic & English).
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and production services is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
