Job Description
The Account Manager will be based in Mansoura and will be responsible for managing and growing Unyva’s business with wholesalers and chain pharmacies across the Delta region. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding distribution, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth execution of trade activities.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with wholesalers and chain pharmacies, acting as the main contact for inquiries, problem-solving, and support.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets, expand market coverage, and grow shelf share.
- Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store visibility programs, ensuring smooth operations with logistics and supply chain.
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends in the Delta, providing regular reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and the Sales Manager to ensure strong execution and business growth across the region.
Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales/Key Account Management within FMCG or Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong experience managing wholesalers and/or chain pharmacies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to drive sales and market growth.
- Based in Mansoura or willing to relocate/travel extensively across the Delta.
