Job Description
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Flow Marine LTD.'s products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the needs of each client.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Job Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
