Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Etisalat Egypt’s products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and information flow.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, promotions, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to convert them into loyal customers.
