Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell cosmetic products.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective telesales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales efficiently.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for field sales representatives when necessary.

Job Requirements
