Job Description
- Actively reach out to potential customers via cold calls to showcase our online courses and services, turning interest into sales.
- Confidently present our FREE trial class as a key selling point and smoothly guide prospects through the trial-to-enrollment process.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to answer inquiries promptly.
- Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
