Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing (Real Estate) at Leaders Developments located in Giza. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage media buying, event planning, and on-ground activations
- Oversee branding, content creation, and production of marketing materials (brochures, videos, billboards, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activity
- Plan and oversee the launch of new projects and sales phases
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and track ROI
Job Requirements
- 9+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property development
- Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Experience with branding, content production, and performance analysis
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong network of media and vendor contacts is a plus
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
