Job Description

This is a cross-functional role, that allows for a great learning experience working in the “back-office” of Quintessentially. The main duties of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

CORPORATE ACCOUNTS: 

Manage the daily operation of each corporate account, in line with each partnership agreement. The role is varied, requiring a mixture of skills in day-to-day reporting, service delivery, operational support (servicing and events), corporate membership administration and retention/renewal CRM management. 

OPERATIONS SUPPORT:

Working as operational support during corporate experiences and events – following up with suppliers, ensuring contracted services are being delivered according to specs and in a timely fashion, acting as executive for planned corporate experiences. Create simple collateral and presentations to support in corporate experiences and events

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE:

Help with the corporate development pipeline by contacting selected potential corporate partners and finding key contacts to introduce Quintessentially. Provide support in researching and contacting new suppliers and partners to provide member benefits.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience (3-5 years) in any of the following roles: Business Development, Sales/Marketing Operations, B2B Account Management
  • Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Real Estate/Property; Big-Ticket Items (luxury automotive, yachts, jets etc.); Hospitality, luxury travel & leisure; PR & Advertising (niche market)
  • Outstanding project management skills – effectively manage projects and tasks from initiation to completion
  • In-depth understanding of the requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, HNWI and UHNWI.
  • Creative problem solving and outstanding organisational skills with close attention to detail are a MUST
  • Strong business acumen and commercially astute
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel, working knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication - fluent English and Arabic is a MUST. Other languages are advantageous
