Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Activation Specialist to manage and execute customer account activations and service implementations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process, ensuring seamless activation of products and services while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer activation requests from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely service deployment and configuration
- Conduct activation testing and quality assurance checks
- Provide customers with step-by-step guidance through activation procedures
- Troubleshoot activation issues and provide technical support
- Maintain accurate records of activation progress and customer communications
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Monitor activation timelines and escalate delays when necessary
- Generate activation reports and performance metrics
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field preferred
- 0- 1years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations
- Experience with CRM systems and activation processes preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Basic understanding of telecommunications/software activation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools
