Job Description
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Egypt and Saudi Arabia branches, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and final offers.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain a high-quality candidate database.
- Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews for key roles.
- Ensure proper onboarding and orientation processes are in place for new hires.
Organizational Development:
- Design, update, and maintain the organizational structure (Org Charts) for both branches.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain job descriptions in coordination with department leaders.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of performance management systems and appraisal cycles.
- Assist in developing career paths and succession planning for key positions.
- Participate in policy and procedure development aligned with labor law compliance (Saudi & Egyptian).
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or OD (preferably both).
- Previous experience in Saudi companies or strong knowledge of the Saudi labour market.
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Egyptian labor regulations.
- Experience using government platforms in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Taqat) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools and Excel/HR reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Arabic, with very good command of English.
