Job Description
- Handling all related tasks to Social Insurance and labor offices.
- Updating the employees' database for the whole company.
- Handling the employee records.
- Handling the filling system.
- Handle the employee's inquiries regarding labor law and the company's policy.
- Attendance management keeps records for the weekly attendance & calculates the absence hours, punishment days, sick leaves, and overtime hours.
- Employee relations deals with employees' complaints and inquiries.
- Updating the payroll sheet with the previous data by adding the starters and removing the leavers and quit employees.
- Updating the vacation balance for the employees.
- Collecting the documents related to the holiday balance (annual and casual vacation forms, sick leave forms) and keeping a record of all the related documents.
Job Requirements
- Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- HR certificate/Diploma is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years in HR field.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
