Job Description
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Administer and update data in the HRIS system (a core requirement).
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed for audits and internal reviews.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to personnel matters.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in personnel or HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems is mandatory.
- Proficient in Excel
- Sound knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
