Job Description

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and social insurance regulations.
  • Administer and update data in the HRIS system (a core requirement).
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed for audits and internal reviews.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to personnel matters.

Job Requirements

  •  A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  •  2–3 years of relevant experience in personnel or HR operations.
  •  Proficiency in HRIS systems is mandatory.
  •  Proficient in Excel
  •  Sound knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
  •  High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
