Job Description
1. Monitoring the attendance and departure of employees through the attendance and departure machine and ensuring that employees comply with the policies and regulations in force in the company.
2. Interviewing and completing the hiring procedures for labor categories and fulfilling hiring procedures (application, contract, form S1, placement form, etc.).
3. Keeping files of new employees.
4. Participating in preparing the payroll movement, including (new hires, overtime, penalties, sick leave, incentive bonuses, etc.).
5. Recording and accounting for annual leave based on what the employee is entitled to.
6. Counting cash advances provided by employees to ensure they comply with the company's policy and then sending them to the finance department for disbursement.
7. Issuing HR letters.
8. Registering the fingerprints of new employees on the attendance and departure machine.
9. Performing supportive services assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
10. Recording employee data in the payroll program.
11. Reviewing and processing temporary labor invoices while ensuring they comply with the estimated budget.
