Job Description
- Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all personnel files.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practices.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a personnel, HR, or employee relations role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from HR data.
