Job Description
- Manage employee files and ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Handle social insurance processes (Form 1, 2, 6) and maintain accurate records with relevant government entities.
- Monitor and process employee attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime using the HR system.
- Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and end-of-service documentation.
- Liaise with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance).
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits by preparing necessary HR documentation.
- Support HR initiatives such as policy updates, awareness sessions, and training coordination when needed.
- Generate periodic reports related to personnel KPIs, turnover, headcount, and compliance issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in personnel or HR operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
