Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Payroll and Personnel Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll Calculation, personnel record management, and compliance with labor and tax regulations. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate salary disbursement, timely tax calculations, and adherence to governmental reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will bring precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of payroll systems and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate calculation and processing of employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and tax regulations.
- Review and manage monthly payroll cycles, including auditing data and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel records and employment contracts.
- Implement improvements to payroll and personnel processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a key advisor on payroll-related policies and employee compensation matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of Three years of HR or payroll experience, with proven expertise in payroll calculation and tax deductions.
- Experience dealing with labor offices, tax authorities, and related government agencies.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and payroll-related regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.
- High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive data.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
