Job Description
Ensure attendance and leaves data are regularly entered/imported on HR system and extract attendance reports as required.
Preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees.
Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.
Ensure compliance with tax and social insurance regulations.
Handling all social insurance issues and documents (Monthly payment, preparing, submitting social insurance forms 1,2,6,..).
Managing and preparing employee contracts and maintaining HR policies.
Update employee files and records and with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Responsible for filling systems and establishing employees' master files.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Manage employee relations, handling grievances, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Ensure renewal of employee contracts is done in timely manner and in accordance with labor law.
Manage Governmental medical insurance.
Manage SI Form # 1,6, …etc. to social insurance office.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with payroll software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
