- We are seeking a professional Recruiter with proven experience in the medical insurance sector to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent for roles related to medical insurance operations, sales, and customer service.
- Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates specialized in medical insurance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers to monitor progress and timelines.
- Build strong networks and relationships within the insurance and healthcare industry to attract passive candidates.
- Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment for the medical insurance/healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
