Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, career sites)
- Source candidates through databases, networking, online job portals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess applicants' qualifications and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities under tight deadlines
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Conditions:
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Weekends: Friday and Saturday
