We're Hiring: Recruitment Specialist
What You'll Do :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
- Support personnel functions, including employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and stay updated with market trends.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details :
- Location: 6th of October City – Industrial Zone
- Transportation: Provided from the nearest pickup point
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Day Off : Friday
