Job Description
- Enhance the Recruitment System: Establish and optimize standardized recruitment processes and policies tailored to both the Egyptian labor market and the specific operational characteristics of Chinese-owned factories, thereby improving overall recruitment efficiency.
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Gain deep insights into the business units’ rapid expansion needs and design and execute large-scale, multi-batch recruitment plans.
- Core Channel Development: Independently explore, evaluate, and manage effective local recruitment channels in Egypt, building reliable and diversified talent pipelines.
- End-to-End Recruitment Execution: Independently manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, background checks, and salary negotiation to issuing offer letters.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Cross-Cultural Communication Bridge: Act as a key communication link between Chinese management and Egyptian employees, ensuring accurate delivery of recruitment information and helping new hires understand and integrate into the corporate culture of a Chinese enterprise.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Establish a recruitment data-tracking system, analyze key metrics such as recruitment cycle, cost, channel effectiveness, and turnover rate, provide regular reports to Chinese management, and propose continuous improvement suggestions based on data insights.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Chinese-invested factories or manufacturing companies in Egypt, including experience in team management or leadership roles. Proven success in building recruitment systems from scratch or managing large-scale recruitment projects (100+ hires in a single round) is highly preferred .
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English for business use; fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Adaptability: Strong adaptability, resilience under pressure, and proactiveness in identifying and solving problems.
- Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of cultural differences between China and Egypt, as well as the management style and pace of Chinese enterprises. Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance policies, and the local job market.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Experience in coordinating with both local and international stakeholders is essential.
