Job Description
The Senior HR Recruiter will take full ownership of talent acquisition, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who can find high-quality candidates for sales, technical, and administrative positions across the GCC and MEA regions. The role also includes supporting HR operations such as onboarding and basic HR administration.
Job Requirements
Understand hiring requirements for all positions (sales, technical, admin) across GCC and MEA.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
Approach and engage passive candidates to assess interest and fit.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and commitment.
Shortlist top candidates and schedule interviews with management.
Maintain recruitment records and track candidate pipelines.
