Job Description
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Design, implement, and monitor competitive compensation and benefits structures that align with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Manage salary scales, incentive plans, allowances, insurance programs, and other entitlements in a way that attracts and retains top talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.
organizational Development:
- Design and implement OD strategies focused on structure, efficiency, culture, and continuous improvement.
- Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Oversee the development of job descriptions, job grading, and organizational structuring.
- Establish leadership development, succession planning, and career path frameworks.
- Conduct gap analysis and implement learning and development programs to close skill gaps and build internal capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve a performance management system (PMS) that aligns employee objectives with business goals, ensures transparency, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous feedback. This includes setting KPIs, managing performance appraisals, conducting calibration sessions, and providing coaching to managers and employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR & OD strategies in a complex, dynamic setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulatory frameworks, and HR best practices.
- Strong command of HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic leadership and people management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in change management and organizational design.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is highly preferred.
