About the Role
We are an Egyptian corporate seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team remotely. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring of talent within the Food & Beverage and Restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Screen resumes
- conduct initial interviews
- evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Deliver qualified candidates efficiently and within timelines.
Job Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (preferably in Food & Beverage / Restaurants industry)
Skills:
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards
- Screening and shortlisting candidates effectively
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Personal Attributes:
- Professional and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet hiring deadlines
- Organized and reliable
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and Restaurant industry hiring needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
