Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm Heliopolis for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing and maintaining employer branding, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
- Employer Branding experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
