Internship Description
Rawafedtech is looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
- Intern Type: Paid
- Certificate after completion of the internship program
Job Description:
- Filling any new appeared open vacancies by headhunting, posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contacting & interviewing the applying candidates.
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- Tracking candidates' interview status and facilitating the hiring process.
- Maintain Data in our Application Tracking System
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
