Job Description

HRIS

ERP system Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the ERP system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the technical team of the system for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Monitor system usage and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support to ERP system users and address questions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct refresher training and onboarding sessions for new hires on ERP usage.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of employee data.
  • Responsible for Attendance Report – Leave Balance - Penalties notes – Open bank accounts)

L&D

  • Coordinate the company’s annual training plan in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, surveys, and manager input.
  • Manage relationships with training vendors and institutes.
  • Track and report on training participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Support employee onboarding programs and induction sessions.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement surveys and improvement action plans.
  • Promote continuous improvement in workplace culture and employee well-being

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably with ERP system exposure.
  • Proficient in ERP/HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Odoo, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Good command of English and Arabic language.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
