Job Description
We are a reputable law firm looking for a proactive HR Officer to manage essential HR functions in our law firm, including:
- Tracking attendance and managing leave records.
- Coordinating with the IT team to address technical issues reported by staff.
- Assisting with recruitment: posting ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Conducting or concluding interviews with lawyers in both Arabic and English as needed.
- Maintaining accurate, confidential employee files and HR records.
- Supporting onboarding and general HR inquiries.
- Salary and benefits will be discussed and determined based on qualifications and performance during the interview process.
Job Requirements
- This Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A background in Law is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (law firm or professional services is a plus).
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written), with the ability to conclude interviews in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
