Job Description
Human Resources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance appraisal processes and training programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company regulations.
Administration
- Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized working environment.
- Manage office supplies, contracts with service providers, and facilities.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and personnel data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR and office administration roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
