Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Relations & Coordination Officer to handle and coordinate relationships with international suppliers, datacenters, and IP transit providers. The role covers contract management, financial coordination, logistics, technical follow-up, and administrative support for top management.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Public & Supplier Relations
Maintain continuous and professional communication with suppliers and service providers.
Coordinate to develop existing services or add new ones as per company needs.
Contracts & Agreements
Review, update, and manage supplier contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with terms and conditions by all parties.
Negotiate and follow up on new contracts with datacenters and IP transit providers.
Financial Coordination
Follow up on financial transactions and invoices between suppliers and the accounting department.
Prepare payment schedules and payment plans with suppliers.
Ensure accurate communication of payment deadlines to suppliers.
Technical Coordination with Datacenters
Follow up on support requests between the technical team and datacenters, especially in remote locations.
Ensure smooth communication for infrastructure and operational needs.
Logistics Management
Arrange equipment shipping and receiving.
Coordinate with shipping companies and follow up on customs clearance together with the planning team.
Official Correspondence & Maintenance
Handle official correspondence with suppliers.
Notify relevant teams about updates related to maintenance or urgent cases.
Legal & Compliance Documents
Coordinate with legal accountants and partners to maintain valid and accurate official documents.
Manage renewal or settlement of legal and governmental obligations.
Executive Support
Provide assistance and support to top management, especially with time-sensitive tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
University degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of contracts, supplier management, and financial follow-ups.
Ability to coordinate across technical, financial, and legal teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Datacenter, Hosting, or Telecom industry.
Direct experience with IP Transit providers.
International B2B relationship management.
Experience in financial planning and payment scheduling with international suppliers.
